ReviewHero provides AI-powered reputation management tools, including automated review responses and analytics, integrated with Google My Business.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• Free Trial: We may offer a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
• Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for initial purchases of annual plans. Monthly payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use ReviewHero to generate harmful, offensive, or misleading content. You retain ownership of your review data, but grant us a license to process it to provide the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

ReviewHero is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or revenue.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
